The SFLC filed suit against the company last month after a Monsoon representative admitted the company's non-GPL software incorporated GPL-licensed elements.

$100 Laptops Getting Pricier

The future of the term “$100 laptop” is looking dim, as a second project has announced price increases for the low-cost Linux systems. Asus announced yesterday that it's Eee PC, which goes on sale later this month, would start at $260, up from the expected $199 selling price.
