Anyone who is puzzled by licenses should consult the Software Freedom Law Center (http://softwarefreedom.org/). SFLC is associated with the Free Software Foundation and is a valuable expert resource available to the community for consultation about any open source legal issues, especially licenses. I was quite surprised that apparently Sean and Kyle are unaware of SFLC, which also has an entertaining podcast: http://www.softwarefreedom.org/podcast/2010/mar/30/0x24/
