I also received an error on the page until I selected a value for the "How long have you purchased from a news stand" radio button. After selecting 7+ years, (I purchased my first LJ in the 90's), it worked fine

Hi i live in NZ and i tried submitting the survey but it says ,"There was an error on your page. Please correct any required fields and submit again." Checked all fields everything looks correct. Please advise. Thanks.
