but I think that the resources for this article are missing. I suppose we could work out our own template from the items in the article, but it would be hell of useful to have a copy of the Bach graph to use as a reference.

I've never used lilypond, but I thought I'd try your samples. Using cygwin lilypond on windows XP, I just get a load of errors... bummer!

Lilypond syntax is prone to changing slightly with each version - you should use the convert-ly script to automatically apply the necessary conversions for the Lilypond version you're using.
