Better Service for Linux Journal Subscribers
"Subscription services were initially outsourced in the hopes that their longer hours and larger staff could better accomodate the needs of our customers. However, we have found that because of our deep commitment to ensuring our customers our satisfied, we will always be the best people to work with them. No one knows our customers as well as we do, and we're happy to be able to serve them again," commented Circulation Manager Scott Blanchard.
Linux Journal subscription services, handled by a large fulfillment house for the past year, have just been brought back to the Linux Journal offices. The customer service department can be reached between 7:00 AM (PST) and 6:00 PM (PST) by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone at 1-888-66-LINUX, or +1 206-297-7514.
