How to create a password reset disk for Windows XP

How can I log back into my dell computer (Windows XP) after a forggten/expired password? The password to the admin account is either expired or forgotten. Is there ANY other way I could log into my account?? How about with XP password reset disk? more>>

As we all know, ZFS is by far the best file system.
