Mike Phillips of Loki Entertainment Software wrote to let us know that the Nvidia driver 3D-2D switch problem with Heavy Gear II (see LJ, Issue 82, page 76) has been rectified with the latest Nvidia drivers (version 0.9-6) for most Nvidia cards. Testing on my GeForce system appears to confirm this. Very cool. Thanks for the update Mike!
