Entry Form and Shirt Sizes

There should be a wider selection of shirt sizes on the entry form. Many of us Geeks are 2XL and larger.

The entry form says a State is required. I'm not from the US.

No, you do not have to be in the US to enter. You may enter a province or other address info in the state field.

Hitting submit gave me a copy of LJ Lite (I thought I'd followed the link to not get that..) and took me back to the form.

I guess that means it's submitted?

On the calendar-of-prizes page, it references filling out the entry-form. However, there's no link to the entry form(s). Am I missing something?

Yeah, it was below the fold and by the time I'd scrolled down far enough to read the rules (distracted from the right by the calendar-o'-prizes content on the left), it had gone off the top of my screen. It might help to also hot-link it from the "submit the daily giveaway form" text in the instructions for those as unobservant (or easily distracted) as I am. :)
