If an author's article appears on our Web site only and not in the digital edition, the author can use it for other purposes one month after it first appears on our site.
Authors can not use their article for other publications or for their Web site while it is in the publication queue, in the current issue of Linux Journal, or before the appropriate time specified above.
Readers are encouraged to link to articles on the Linux Journal Web site. Displaying a paragraph or two of the original article on your personal Web site and then linking/directing your readers to the complete article on the Linux Journal Web site is acceptable practice.
