The Arizona Business and Liberty Experience (ABLEconf) is a conference
organized to promote ways to leverage the use of free and open source
software, such as OpenOffice.org, Firefox, Thunderbird and GNU/Linux, in
wide variety of settings. Planned tracks will discuss how to use open
source in SMBs, the enterprise, the medical industry, non-profits,
education, and government. Attendance is free of charge and requires no
registration.
We want to show businesses what Free Software and Open Source can do for
them in the current economy. We also want to be an outlet for companies
that sell Free Software services and products. We are again not charging
companies that want to give a presentation on their services. Our primary
audience are those making business decisions. (See our call for papers here: http://www.ableconf.com/2009/Phoenix/cfp).
