Take another look at phpgroupware

They should reassess phpgroupware

SQL-Ledger is now implemented as a module called CK-Ledger

The Timetrack module functionality is being extended (patches are available to use the addbook module for client contact information)

Linking Timetrack and CK-Ledger to create and manage invoicing would be welcome contribution

We believe this is a good way of extending the open source initiative to open market, the customers wil not only save money in round one but continue saving comparing to thos who don't. This is a win-win opportunity that I believe the open source community should embrace. Anyone could use a job they like, and with pay it's even more fun:-)

Joe Maffia is a great accountant. Keep that in mind this coming tax season

Their present accounting software includes a heady set of nearly functional programs that include Practice, Go Systems audit and ProTaxes, as well as the usual Iniut offerings.
Hee hee! Let's all move to Alaska, the programming job market is great!

Blame the bad editing to me. I suffer from just enough Deslia to screw up my spelling.

But I hope you enjoy the article and can learn from it.

"Iniut" should probably be "Intuit".

Too, "I've had to done" should change to "I've had to do", "loosing their homes" to "losing their homes" and so on.

A great article in need of some proofreading.

And welcome back from the holidays. It is nice to see another article posted.

Excellent! This is exactly what is needed for Free Software to succeed!

To me, Free Software has always been about "people", while proprietary software has always been about "money". This "Free Software Chamber of Commerce" is expanding on this by taking people from newbie to guru -- student to practitioner -- while keeping a focus on saving as well as making money.

Good job, keep up the great work!
