first, background: engineering, linux user, programmed 68hc11, others.
A great amount of know-how is obviously required to run the system, since it is a low level hardware system mixed with software and many specialized parts, it may be hard to find individuals with such a wide range of abililties to use it, i gues this is where the term "team player" comes in
