Linux Journal Awards

Linux Journal hosts two major awards programs each
year, the Linux Journal Editors' Choice Awards and the
Linux Journal Readers' Choice Awards.

 
Editors' Choice Awards

Each year industry leaders nominate their top picks in a variety of
categories, then Linux Journal editors choose the winners.
The panel of illustrious experts has included well-knowns such as Jon "maddog" Hall,
Bruce Perens, and Linux Journal's own columnist, Marcel
Gagne.

Winners of the 2005 Linux Journal Editors' Choice Awards
will be featured in the August 2005 issue of Linux Journal,
nominations are not accepted for these awards.

 
 
Readers' Choice Awards

Started in 1995, Linux Journal's Readers' Choice Awards
are a well-recognized annual event. With thousands participating, these
awards truly are the voice of the community.

The 2005 Readers' Choice Awards will be featured in the November 2005
issue of Linux Journal, voting will take place during July 2005.
Nominations are accepted, please check back on May 1, 2005, for further
information and nomination forms.
